Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa Short Pump

This place is solid! The location is great, the staff friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is top notch. They have an outdoor patio and a Starbucks in the lobby. Went for a work trip and was happy with the service, food, and ease of checking in and out. They have a few spots that are suitable for working on a laptop and plenty of spots to lounge that include the ability to charge devices which is nice. Room service was excellent, and housekeeping was on point daily. There is a spa and pool available, and the parking garage is a huge plus! Would go back!

I finally got to check out the spa at the Hilton since it finally re-opened and it was so worth the wait. I used to come here when it was open before COVID but they unfortunately closed down. They’re finally open again and I loved it! I went in for a deep tissue massage and left feeling like a brand-new person. The music, lighting, and overall vibe made it so easy to relax and disconnect for a bit. The staff was super attentive and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. You can tell they care about the experience. Im so glad they’re open again and will definitely be coming back regularly like I used to!!!

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a whole. Not only was it clean, close to shopping centers and the highway. The staff both night and day shifts were fantastic. We went for our sons college graduation and ended up extending our stay due to a family emergency. The staff was so accommodating, patient and understanding. Always making sure we were okay and if our family member was well. I will definitely stay here again the next time we visit our son.
