Hilton Samarkand Regency

4 night stays turns to 8 nights.. Amazing hotel and modern, probably the best one in Samarkand. It has all facilities that you need, spa, outdoor pool, lounge, etc. But most important among other is the people! Staff is very attentive, accommodating, and sincere. One of our remarkable stay! P.s. the outdoor pool is open during summer month, starting on May and it is amazing to unwind.

Nice hotel with a lot of amenities. But of course the service makes it even better. I would like to applaud the front desk employee, Jurabek, for his exceptional service. He is a perfect example of phenomenal customer care! He understands the guests’ needs from half of a sentence and responds with genuine warmth and efficiency. From the moment I arrived, Jurabek made me feel valued and truly welcome, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and comfortable. It’s rare to meet someone who not only excels at their job but also clearly loves what they do. Jurabek’s dedication reflects the highest standards of hospitality, and the hotel is lucky to have such a gem on their team. His service alone would make me return to this property, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where comfort, amenities, and outstanding staff come together perfectly.

I stayed at different Hilton hotels worldwide, but this one was very exceptional. We very enjoyed breakfast, rooms and view. Especially the service was on a sky level, the Deputy Manager Mr. Begzod and Guest Relationship Manager Mr. Jasur made our stay unforgettable, I never meet such Guest caring Managers, big thanks to them!!! Definitely will come again!!!
