Hilton Santa Clara

The hotel’s customer service was outstanding. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was friendly and efficient. My room was clean and quiet, and the bathroom had all the amenities I needed. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh options

Clean hotel. Two full beds were a little small, we thought they would be queens. Great stay when heading to oracle park. Tailgate party's on the lawn add a nice start and end to events. Definitely made the night easier and more fun with no traveling after the event.

No microwaves in room, front desk was not always accommodating, in the restaurant almost completely ignored and had to get our own waters. Hung up on half way through asking for something to be delivered to the room as they were seemingly annoyed by a request and then sent the wrong stuff. Also, construction noises all throughout the day and into the evening. Had to walk on plastic covered floors to get to our room which wasn't renovated, yet the other section was. They should not have had people in the rooms when they were doing all of this and given people the new rooms or at least done floor by floor. EXTREMELY dirty carpet in the room. Nice actual room service people though.
