Hilton Trinidad & Conference Centre

The staff were very nice, helpful and I had an overall amazing experience. If you need a driver, ask the bell men for Franklin!!! He is amazing and will take great care of you!! I call him uncle Franklin! The pool was a vibe and the drinks are good. Tell Mike and Mark i said hello and make em strong!!. Breakfast was really good everyday. The room could be updated but I still loved it. The balcony made it all worth it. I don't want to leave! Also, the staff was very accommodating when my flight was canceled and I had to stay extra days on the front and back end! The second room had a stain on the sheets 😳 but other than that it was a nice suite but the 2 balconies were too close to the trees on the 6th floor. Too many bugs!! Lol... anyway I had a great time. I also had a driver named Junior who was also a tour guide/driver for sunset caroni swamp tour. He was also very excellent if you want a personal tour guide. Definitely worth the money!! And he knows where to get anything you may need! I did something awesome everyday of my trip!!! This is a better time to visit because even though it rains a little everyday, it's not extremely hot!!! -Celeste from Alabama

This is my second visit to the Hilton Trinidad and I have no complaints. The first visit was to prepare my PhD proposal. The quiet and cosy environment gave me the focus I needed to complete my proposal. Staff was very friendly and always ready to assist. Second visit was for my wedding anniversary and I still have no complaints. Love the balcony view, so relaxing.

I recently visited the hilton hotel to spend my birthday. I found the check in service was efficient and quick. The room was spacious but can do with an upgrade. The service at dinner was very well received. I was able to receive a good seating and good quality food. However, the service at breakfast was very poor. One particular seating attendant at the front desk I found to be rude, even interrupting my meal to relocate me even though I had already started my meal because my seating choice was not suitable to her. I also found the floor staff was too quick to remove persons from their seating the minute they noticed that persons had stopped eating. I even had to inform one of the servers that I was not finished, after getting up to get my coffee. Soon after, my plate was quickly removed and I was asked for the bill before I could even finish my coffee. After this experience, I definitely will not be staying at the hilton trinidad, nor partaking of any buffet or any breakfast offers that may be offered, neither will I recommend it to anyone.
