I chose this place for my wedding venue. The place is beautiful, the staff was extremely attentive and polite making my big day memorable and perfect. From the planning to the days leading our event , the staff was very responsive and helpful. Rooms are beautiful the pool is amazing and the place perfect for an intimate wedding. Location is great as you are in Historic downtown, walking distance to shops and fine dining. This place deserves more than 5 stars and would pick this place over and over again.
Very unique and memorable setting - the rustic chic feel and look of the hotel makes for a unique experience. The staff was also very lovely and helpful - some of the best service we enjoyed in Mexico. Only thing is there was no breakfast or bar on premise - but there was a space that looked like it could serve as a bar but was empty, so maybe we got unlucky with visiting when it was under renovation. Overall, highly recommend for a memorable stay in Merida!
10/10 for service! The staff is beyond helpful and so kind. We are renting out the property for our wedding and can’t wait to host all our guests at this incredible historic home. The pool is beautiful and spacious. Short walk to all the popular restaurants and bars. True gem in the heart of historic Merida!
