The rooms are all different, on 3 levels. A/C is provided. The historic nature of the house and welcoming attitude of the staff is great. Breakfast is included and the buffet gives a good choice. 24 hour coffee/tea is a bonus. The location is handy to both Queen's University and Kingston General Hospital. Lake Ontario is about 4 blocks away, with a walking trail in both directions. A huge park is just steps away.

What an absolutely stunning inn! I had the pleasure of staying in the Tower Room, and it was beautiful, charming and peaceful. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the overhead fan made for a perfect night’s sleep. I really appreciated the thoughtful extras like sparkling water, snacks, and a coffee and tea station in the reception area. Continental breakfast was yummy with hot breakfast available for a little bit extra. The staff were warm and welcoming, and parking was a breeze. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this lovely inn to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The inn is adorable and charming, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Its fantastic location made exploring Kingston effortless. The continental breakfast was delicious and satisfying. A special surprise awaited us in our room to celebrate my mom's birthday, which was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. We loved our stay and will absolutely return next time we visit Kingston!
