Hoi An Central Boutique Hotel & Spa

We had an amazing three-night stay here. Unfortunately, I had a minor accident and fell, but the hotel staff were incredibly caring and supportive. A special thanks to Kim, who personally took me to the pharmacy, helped arrange my medication, and made sure everything was properly handled. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The hotel itself is wonderfully relaxing — perfect after a long journey — and the location is excellent, with easy access to central Hoi An. As a family of four, we organized all our tours independently, but Kim and her team were more than happy to assist with transportation arrangements when needed. Truly a 5/5 experience — absolutely amazing!

Family Trip Made Memorable at Hoi An Central Boutique Hotel We stayed at Hoi An Central Boutique Hotel & Spa for our family vacation, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and excellent service. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the ancient town, so it was super convenient to explore Hoi An on foot, even with kids. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, which is important when traveling as a family. The beds were cozy, the bathroom was clean and modern, and there was more than enough space for all of us to relax. But what really stood out was the staff’s genuine hospitality. Everyone was so kind and attentive, always ready to help. A special shoutout to Will, the General Manager, who was absolutely amazing. He's not only extremely professional but also super friendly and sweet The pool area was lovely and peaceful — perfect for the kids to cool off in the afternoon. Breakfast had lots of variety, and even the picky eaters in our group were happy. We felt right at home and would 100% recommend this hotel to other families. Thank you for the wonderful experience — we’ll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive and took great care to accommodate my special dietary needs — no sugar and gluten-free. They thoughtfully prepared separate meals for me, which I really appreciated. The location is very convenient — easy to reach the city center, and even if walking is a bit challenging, getting to the Old Town was no problem and didn’t feel tiring at all. The pool is very clean, perfect for a refreshing swim. And I absolutely loved the fresh scent inside the hotel — a subtle, beautiful blend of freshness and fine spices that creates a truly pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend for a comfortable and thoughtful stay!
