Exceptional Stay at Holiday Inn Cheraga! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern design, warm staff, and top-tier cleanliness. The rooms are spacious, super comfy, and perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The food was delicious, and the view from the tower is simply stunning. Positive points : - Amazing hotel staff ( security, restaurant, SPA ( big thanks to Ahlem and all the team)). -Good emplacement. - The view from my suite was amazing. Negative points : - Lack of trash bins in the restrooms and the bathroom of my suite as well as in the spa, and lack of slippers in the hotel ( SPA and Rooms). - The elevator is extremely slow. - reception hospitality & communication: 0/10. - room cleaning : 6/10 - lobby WC cleaning ( near the conference hall): 5/10

Very far from the airport can take you 2hrs if the traffic is really bad Rooms are ok but quite dirty. Espresso not working at all. My recent stay was unfortunately marred by incredibly disappointing service, particularly concerning a crucial wake-up call I had requested. I had specifically scheduled a wake-up call for 11:30 AM, but it never came. After waiting 10 minutes, then another 10, I tried to call the front desk myself. I attempted to reach reception three times, but each time the call was immediately dropped. When I finally went down to speak with the receptionist, I was met with a flat-out denial that she was calling me. despite my repeated attempts and clear experience of dropped connections, was incredibly frustrating and felt like I was being lied to directly. A reliable wake-up service and responsive front desk are basic expectations for any hotel, and both were severely lacking during my stay. This experience significantly detracted from my overall impression of the hotel.
