I’ve chosen this hotel for stay when visiting the congress held at Sava Center, since the location is quite good to get to the venue. But also my choice was determined by the fact, that I like hotels of IHG group. So, this hotel is located at quite a distance from Old Belgrade, but it has good transport connection to all the points you might be interested in: there are several bus and tram stops nearby. Or you can use taxi, it’s amazing in terms of prices and convenience. The building itself is quite new, the rooms are spacious and have everything you might need. The beds are comfy, I had really good sleep there. The service is good, the personnel is helpful and attentive, answering all the questions, attending to all the requests. The breakfast was good too - pleasant ambience of breakfast area and delicious food.
The hotel is very well located for business matters and it has a big capacity. It is very convenient for me personally, so I might be coming back, however the truth is it is much worn out. I stayed in the premium room and there was nothing premium about it. Major renovation is needed. The gym and spa are also in very bad condition. The breakfast is okeish.
Positive : Not far from the airport. Parking in front of the hotel. Negative: It was really cold at my room. When I entered the room there was 18 degrees. It took almost whole day to bring it to max 23 degrees (according to temperature at the dashboard) and still was cold. The room was not comfortable even from cleaness. Breakfast was really poor. First day I was there at 6:30 and was something to pick. Next day I was at 8:30 and was almost empty. Stuff were there, looking at that and did not full filled that. So I had to buy something outside. This was the worst Holiday Inn I visited.
