Holiday Inn Birmingham Bromsgrove

We had our wedding here in May and cannot fault anything. The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to make our day special and personal. Guests thoroughly enjoyed the food, lots of praise given for that and the atmosphere was relaxed with lots of scope to decorate the venue ourselves. If you're looking for a budget wedding venue without the budget feel then I'd totally recommend the Bromsgrove Holiday Inn and their team. 6 stars 🌟

Stayed here for a best friends wedding where I was a bridesmaid. We booked this hotel based on the website stating that they had electric vehicle charging. On arrival when we couldn't locate the charging I spoke to staff who said they did NOT have it. They stated that they had never had it, but were aware that it was on the website. The staff did not apologise for the inconvenience, and did not do anything to put it right. We then had to cancel our attendance at a pre-wedding meal that evening as we didn't have enough vehicle charge, and had to drive 20 minutes to the nearest fast charger. The staff gave us the managers email, and stated there was no supervisor working to speak to. The bar was also expensive and our bed in our room caved in at the middle so went up at the headboard and the end, sinking us into the bed. Would NOT recommend.

FALSE ADVERTISING. They advertise EV chargers on the website but they do NOT have them. This caused lots of problems for us when we came down for a wedding and needed to charge our car. We would not have booked at the hotel had we known they didn’t have any. The hotel staff were not helpful, they accepted it’s an error on their website but would not do anything to put it right. Very poor and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The bar is massively overpriced and all the corridors smell.
