Wherever we travel in Europe, we always prefer staying in hotels, and this one reminded us exactly why. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed—the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel at home right away. On our first night, we experienced some noise that made it difficult to sleep. As soon as we mentioned it, the team responded quickly and moved us to a quieter, even more comfortable room. Their promptness and genuine care really stood out. It’s not always easy to find a place that combines comfort, good service, and a personal touch—but this hotel managed it effortlessly. We’d happily return next time we’re in the area. @Matteo Thank you!
Spacious room with a nice view of the cruise ship. It was quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was great – lots of variety and everything fresh. Only downside was that the gym wasn’t open, which was disappointing since I was really looking forward to working out during my stay. Other than that, great experience overall.
Nice hotel, though, not huge, and the lobby is compact but with enough space for a small bar. Clean modern air-conditioned rooms toiletries and slippers are provided and an exercise floor mat and two light dumbles for , may be, your yoga sessions. Hair dryer and straightener are there for ladies, and iron with ironing board is available. Kettle, bags of tea and sachets of Nescafe. Neutral and fuzzy water bottles are cold for you in the minibar. The room was comfortable and quiet despite the traffic on the nearby roads and crossings. Room service and desk ladies were perfect. Intercontinental breakfast was good, and the pastries were yummy. It overlooked the cruising ships passengers terminal and supermarket, The Coop. The location is not its best point. It is located far from any attractions or walking zones. You have to take transportation if you want to visit attractions or stroll through Genova historica alley and streets. Otherwise, if you are a business traveller or a seaman, you will be Ok in this hotel.
