I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Hong Kong and had a fantastic experience. The room size was perfect for a solo traveler—comfortable, clean, and well-designed. I especially loved the hot shower, air filter?! Inthe room🥸and special thanks to 志菊 from room service for the excellent attention to detail 😍 Breakfast was a good, offering a great mix of local Hong Kong delicacies and Indian cuisine—perfect for starting the day right. The hotel’s location is incredibly strategic, with easy access to nearby food spots, shopping malls, and the train station. Everything was smooth and convenient, making my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hong Kong. A solid 5 stars from me!
I was truly surprised and touched to receive a phone call from your customer service team just ten minutes after I sent my email. The staff member promptly and effectively helped me resolve the issue I encountered during the booking process. Such swift and proactive service made me feel how much your hotel genuinely cares about the needs of its guests. To me, this was more than just a hotel reservation — it was a reassuring and heartwarming service experience. I deeply admire your hotel’s professionalism and efficienc
The hotel was perfectly situated within walking distance of shopping malls, small eateries, the bus stop, and train station. Our room for 3 was clean, modern and very spacious although it was showing its age. Kudos as well to the staff who took care of our needs especially during the Typhoon Wipha which unfortunately came while we were in HK.
