If I could give 6 stars for service, I would! The reception staff are some of the most friendly I have met from check-in to check-out. The rooms are clean and exactly what I expect from a Holiday Inn. The breakfast was great with a large selection, especially for kids. If I find myself in Łodz again, I will definitely stay here again. The parking area is perfect for all sizes of cars, and the tram stop is just outside the front door.
Amazing location, right next to the city center. Otherwise, service is disappointing. I forgot some wireless headphones during my checkout. Of course, these were "not found" during cleaning that day at noon. Gym facility is kind of deficient, but useful for some short conditioning training.
Check in and check out were smooth, no issues and friendly receptionists. The room is clean and tidy, but very basic. We booked room with double bed and actually got two single beds that were put together, which we really disliked. Location of the hotel is amazing, it takes around 10-15 mins to walk to Piotrkowska which worked great for us.
