Wonderful location, close to the metro. Walkable to the harbor. Good sized room and helpful staff. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool. However it is small and has limited loungers.

Everything was so perfect from check in to check out. Front desk staff included supporting staff for cabs and local attractions. They are very helpful and arrange taxi before time. I love their hospitality and cleanliness. This was totally worth of money. I will recommend this place for Indian at most because of services and location that hotel situated everything on walking like mall, local market, casinos, Indian restaurants just use google map and everything on the go. I also thanks to google map for providing exact details or metros and public transportation as well as timming.

The staff were kind and welcoming, no complaints there. But that’s where the positives end. I’ve travelled enough to understand that not all places age gracefully, but Holiday Inn Macau seems to have given up entirely. The hotel feels like it’s been frozen in time, and not in a good way. Everything is old, tired, and reeks of cigarette smoke, lifts, carpets, rooms. The air quality alone triggered allergies I haven’t had in years. Location-wise? Completely baffling. Why anyone with money to spend chooses this area is beyond me. If you’re serious about gambling or enjoying a city, there’s Vegas, Singapore, or even Bangkok. This area feels like a forgotten corner, and the hotel reflects that. Don’t expect a Starbucks, or anything remotely Western—unless McDonald’s counts, and even then, they only take cash which adds to the outdated vibe. The entire place feels closer to a budget hostel than a brand-name hotel. I regret not booking elsewhere. Room needs to be super luxury to even feel ok I can’t wait to go home , won’t come back again, lowering to 1 star due to the location Actually they should put a warning , westerns beware : there is nothing here from the western world
