AMAZING and SO CONVENIENT!!! We booked this hotel for our pickleball trip group and it was absolutely perfect for our stay. The rooms and facilities are great plus it is a great and super convenient location with the mall there. The staff are lovely and extremely helpful-we couldn't have asked for anything more! Already booked it for our next tour in Nairobi!
A very good choice for business and vocations. The room material are high quality and can offer you relax moments. The staff of the hotel is super friendly and helpful, you ask what you want and they are there for you. Safety is not an issue inside the park of the hotel. For sure I recommended.
The staff at HI are fantastic.. Milka particularly was incredible helpful and caring in providing our drinks and meals in the lounge while I was on an important Zoom call . She showed terrific initiative and professionalism !
