My stay at Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali was nothing short of amazing. The resort is beautifully located by the beach, with serene surroundings and well-maintained facilities. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. What truly stood out was the service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. A special shoutout to the Guest Experience Manager, who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was smooth and memorable. Their attention to detail, empathy, and professionalism truly elevated the whole experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bali and looking for a stay that feels both luxurious and personal.

Always stay here for the first night because they offer a free airport pick up. You never want to haggle for a taxi at Bali airport. Bed is comfortable, good shower, great breakfast with egg station. If you have an early flight or boat transfer, just ask for a box and help yourself to the buffet which opens at 6.30am. You can also take away coffee. Staff are always friendly, they also changed the date of my booking via Whatsapp, for a minimal fee. Easy to get a Grab car, the next day.

The location is perfect—just a short drive from the airport, yet peaceful and quiet with direct beach access. Watching the sunset by the ocean every evening was a real highlight. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking the lush gardens. The resort has great facilities for families.
