Holiday Inn San Salvador has become our go-to hotel whenever we travel to El Salvador. It consistently delivers the premium experience you’d expect from a higher-end brand, and then some. The staff are not only highly professional but also genuinely invested in guests’ comfort and satisfaction. The on-site restaurants serve excellent food and drinks, and the hotel itself is always clean, inviting, and well-maintained. Whether you're in town for business, a short stay, or a leisurely getaway, this hotel checks all the boxes. Special recognition goes to Ms. Raxana and Ms. Yami—two members of the management team who go above and beyond to make every stay exceptional. I’ve been staying here for nearly 12 years, and I continue to be impressed by how well the hotel balances updates and modern touches with consistently outstanding service. I look forward to returning for many years to come.

Not sure why this got such a high rating, I’d have preferred to have paid more and had the service I expect at a hotel. You know, little things like not being on your phone when I’m checking, taking luggage up to the room and 4 towels/waters when I book a room for 4 people! Ice machine not working, no fridge in our room….i can’t be bothered typing it all out, but safe to say, we won’t be staying here again.

Not good. I booked a room a month in advance. The TV didn’t work. So they brought another TV. Then later the remote control volume didn’t work. The bathroom door is so cheap. Don’t know why they decided to place a a sliding door the door latch never worked. We were 4 in the room they only placed 2 shower towels and every time we called for a problem to fix I have to like 3 times to get it fix. $150 per night breakfast is not included. Is like $25 per meal.
