Our experience at Holiday Inn Gajah Mada was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, everything was handled with care, attention, and true hospitality. We arrived early, and to our surprise and delight, they gave us our room 3 hours before the official check-in time, so we didn’t have to wait around in the lobby – such a thoughtful gesture that really set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room itself was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. Housekeeping was fantastic, and what truly impressed us was how the staff called to check if everything was okay and even followed up to ensure we were satisfied with the cleaning service. It’s rare to see that level of dedication! The swimming pool was amazing – clean, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind. And the breakfast? Incredible. It was delicious and clearly designed to cater to all nationalities, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Above all, the staff were absolutely outstanding – mega friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. We genuinely felt welcomed and valued throughout our entire stay. Holiday Inn Gajah Mada completely exceeded our expectations. This is what true hospitality looks like. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a flawless hotel experience.

It was a great stay for 6 nights I am here. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The breakfast is awesome and there have many different kinds meals you can choose. I saw every staff here are full of smiles all the time, and they always give the guests warm help. I like the gym, good equipment and environment. For me, this is essential for a long trip. And thanks Jimmy for your wonderful service and a delicious smoothie of breakfast.

I stayed at Holiday Inn & Suites Jakarta Gajah Mada from 21–22 June and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is well-located, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room was clean, modern, and spacious—perfect for a short stay. I appreciated the comfortable bed and well-equipped amenities. The staff were courteous and professional, and check-in/check-out was quick and efficient. One highlight was the breakfast buffet, which had a good variety of local and international options. The restaurant staff were also attentive and helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. While there’s still some room for small improvements in terms of ambiance or added touches, I would definitely consider returning and recommend it to others visiting the area.
