I really liked this one. Large room with kitchen in a small apartment style. Big and very comfortable bed, TV, sofa, small table and a few chairs. The view from one of the windows was to the patio, which is under construction, so it was not that fancy. The bathroom is decent, although there was sometimes a bit of an unpleasant smell. I really liked the food choices for breakfast, but dinner was hit and miss with very limited options. I didn't have a chance to try the lunch fika as it was a business trip and I spent the lunch hour elsewhere. The service and reception are unproblematic and welcoming. The location is great, close to the historic city center, market and shops, and close to the train station, piers and bus stops, so logistics are not a problem. I can't say much about the price, as the room was paid for by the company, but I think it's not the cheapest option out there.

We stayed here for 5 days. Breakfast and dinner included which was good. Expensive parking in the basement. The gym and children play areas were great. Rooms were fully equipped with kitchenette, stove, fridge, etc. but a bit older stove and exhaust. Excellent staff at all places. Walking distance to Gothenburg centrum with shopping malls and restaurants. Grocery store (Coop) in same buiding.

We stayed here on two different occasions. So, this review compiles both of those experiences. The rooms are usually very spacious and often come with a kitchenette, which is extra helpful if you have a kid and you want to heat something up. The location is great, at a walking distance from the central station. The service is top notch, and I must mention Estella at the front office who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel comes with a nice buffet breakfast and usually a good dinner, and they offer special meals for the vegetarians. So, there's a lot to recommend this hotel to. However, the flip side is - the rooms are quite worn out. The ventilation isn’t very good, and we had to change room because it was extremely hot. The decor is quite dull, and I am not sure whether the cleaners really go into the details of cleaning the room and the toilet. I saw a few stains, which is unfortunate. So, if you are coming to gothenburg with your family, and both want to stay close to the central station and skip the hassle of restaurant hopping with kids for dinner, this is a nice place to be.
