Homm Saranam Baturiti

This is our best stay (my wife and I) have ever had! A week before check-in, I asked them to prepare a small surprise for my wife. They were not hesitant to do it! Their services are top-notch! The food is excellent as well. They have a huge garden we could explore, and many activities are available. I had no issues at all while staying. Kudos to the team! Absolutely, will stay here again someday.

Staying at Homm Saranam Baturiti was such a wonderful experience. The view is absolutely spectacular, overlooking the hills and lush terraces with a beautiful landscape all around. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with complete amenities. Staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant. Breakfast at the restaurant was a highlight, with delicious food served alongside stunning views. The pool is large and enjoyable, perfect for relaxing. Overall, this place is an excellent choice for a healing getaway, whether with family or colleagues. Truly a refreshing escape!

We stayed for two nights at Homm. Beautiful property but overlooked many details that could take the experience to the next level. Pros: located in Baruriti, in the highland of Bali, the hotel property is amazing, comparable to other 4 or even 5 star hotels. It has complete facilities and beautiful herbal garden that is very pleasant for morning walk. The view is undoubtedly stunning overlooking valley and mountains. Staffs were also very friendly and helpful (although it feels like they’re quite understaffed for a property that big). Cons: the hotel needs improvement in lots of areas. Amenities were quite lacking. Towels and sheets were bit old with some stains. Furnitures were also outdated with stains on the fabrics (especially in public areas like the lobby or restaurant). Lots of details weren’t properly thought out, for instance the wardrobe door couldn’t be closed because the safety deposit box was too big. Table lamps were a bit dusty and wobbly. Breakfast needs significant improvement, while they provide quite a spread, the taste and quality of the food were quite substandard (food was dry and lacked taste). The hotel has the potential to be an amazing 5 star hotel stay if they put more thoughts for proper maintenance and better management of the property to create better experience.
