We're surprised that's the price is pretty affordable for a 4-star hotel. It turns out this is a has been. The hotel badly needs a renovation. We saw some hacks to keep stuff running e.g. modified electrical cords. The gym is a dusty room with unplugged treadmills. It's so sad because actually the bed is comfy, and there's a rooftop pool with a killer view.
Room was nice Tv was a bit outdated and one of the channels was just a bunch of YouTube videos. Bathroom was fine but the shower was only warm at maximum. Pool is great The towels weren't placed in the bathroom until we asked.
We are booking deluxe king room by agoda when arrive in hotel i am really surprise becuase i got twin bed room, and i ask by reception and they said vocher what they recieve from agoda is twin bed room and i ask solution from reception they said i need to complain with agoda and the other option from hotel is they wilk make twin bed become joining, and after i cek the room is not like my expectation, the bed what they setup for us is really not safety for me and my wife and room really dirty🤦🏻♂️
