First time staying here and would love to stay again. We live in Auckland but decided to tie in a stay with a show we were attending at the theatre. The glass bridge over from the car park was really handy. The hotel feels luxurious from the moment you enter and the rooms are gorgeous. We have stayed in lots of hotels around the world and this is up there for quality of rooms. Bed was very comfy, stunning mood lighting options in the room with touch screen controls and marble finished bathroom with rain shower! The staff were genuinely friendly and just lovely which made the experience even better. Nespresso machine is a nice touch in the room from start to finish the attention is detail is evident at this hotel.

Have stayed at Horizon over 8 times now and have always been impressed from the concierge staff at valet parking right through to the reception. Rooms are always impeccable with brand new facilities & furnishings throughout. Sometimes if you are staying for a special occasion they will leave a card with some baked goods, we have even had a bottle of wine in the past which is a very nice touch. We won’t stay anywhere else 5 stars!

I'm no means a professional hotel reviewer but I do know exactly what it feels like to be welcomed with open arms and absolute comfort. My fiancé and I were upgraded to the top floor room 1208 which was the cherry on top of what was already a lovely weekend we celebrated! Thank you gracefully from the bottom of our hearts.
