Horizon Shahrazad Hotel

All stuff are wonderful and helpful, also the location is perfect, just must breakfast be better and they put plastic knife 🔪 and spoon 🥄, and don't have internet connection in our room. We asked to *FIX* it and till now we haven't internet in our room. People at Reception are wonderful, also all who are working here. Amazing Nile view and great rooms.

It’s not high quality hotel.. Nile view rooms are very good ( for the view) but rooms are not luxurious. Also the cost is high in relation to accommodation quality. If you wanna just a place to sleep in , I think it will be suitable. But if wanna place to meet people in luxurious lobby I think it will not be your choice. Taxi drivers standing in front of the hotel are so annoying and should be stopped by the hotel managers.

One day before I arrive to the hotel was trying to call hotel numbers as I have late check in all of them not responding and also their email not working. and even after I check in hotel and call reception/ room service/ lundry ( no one answer) I found room doesn't have towels. Very poor customer service and average cleaning, average breakfast do not expect much from this hotel. Also your room key will not work.every single time you need to go to reception to reset it. This hotel is 4 star but it doesn't deserve it barely 3 stars. What is good about it Location. Room and toilet are large.
