For 104 dollars a night including breakfast daily (also free dinner three times during our 7 night stay) , I could not ask for a better experience. Hotel was old, but rooms were huge and beds comfortably. The beach is outside the main Tumon bay which has its benefits including the ability to fish and easier access to the reef edge where you can see the wonderful sea life of Guam. The water park its old but sensational. My kids loved surfing in the wave pool. The staff are well trained and very friendly/polite. They are currently doing major renewals so I'm keen to visit again next summer once they are complete! Thanks so much Hoshino.
The hotel is old, but free water park amazing! Free show and incredible food 3 times a week. Amazing! Good breakfast buffet. If you have kids stay here. Your only problem will be getting them out of the water park.
For the deluxe ocean view room. It was dirty. Air conditioning was not cold (adjusted to the coldest settings) King size Beds were not soft at all. The hotel needs better cleaning standards. Better beds. House keepers came in with attitude to put a padding down that didn’t do much in terms of softness.
