Hotel 2 Kitarrat Boutique & Spa

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to help me out during my visit. It’s rare to come across such genuinely helpful service — it really made my day. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel, nice staff too, too bad it’s ran by liars. We payed for extra dinners for our trip and no one told us what the money we paid included or where the restaurant was (15 minute walk from the hotel and eat whatever they have, not what you choose ). We discovered this upon check in. They told us they got from the travel agency way less than what we paid for. I should have caused a bigger scene, I was way too polite and stupid to believe they had good faith. When i got back home and complained about this situation that ruined my holiday to the agency, they had the audacity to lie to them and said I’ve gladly agreed to the situation and that they also had a restaurant in the hotel and I’ve chosen the beach one. They did not have a restaurant in the hotel. So many lies. I’ve never felt so humiliated and I hope karma gets back to you.
