Hotel Abro Sezenler

I really enjoyed this place. Room was clean and buffet breakfast was delicious. The man at the reception was very kind and helpfull. Thank you

Rooms were pathetic we booked a room with air conditioner but when we reached hotel the ac was not working it was 4 pm we were tired after flight they gave us the room which was on 5th floor there was no proper curtains on the windows windows were open and the sun was on the bed it was too hot to handle receptionist didn't know a single word of English and was very un cooperative he didn't listen us and did what he wants breakfast time was till 10 but when we go there around 9:15 almost every thing was finished and they didn't refill them even they were charging money for tea and coffee and they were not including in breakfast overall horrible experience and restlessness

I spent 3 days at Abro Sezenler Hotel, and it was a terrible experience. Despite expecting a comfortable environment for my work trip, I was disappointed from the start. I ended up paying for a room twice, and the actual room was nothing like the photos—cold with a broken heater, leaking bathroom, dirty linens, and stained towels. Breakfast was appalling, featuring rotting vegetables, and I was shocked to see staff mixing leftover food back into the buffet. To top it off, the staff's greed was evident when I was asked to pay extra without reasonable explanation. I strongly advise against staying here.
