I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The communication prior to my arrival was seamless and exceeded my expectations. All my inquiries were answered promptly, and the staff ensured everything was well-prepared for my stay. The late check-in process was incredibly easy and efficient, allowing me to settle in without any hassle even after a long day of travel. The room itself was a highlight—it was spacious, beautifully maintained, and impeccably clean. It was clear that great care goes into keeping the accommodations in top condition, which made my stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was another standout feature. The spread was amazing, offering a wide variety of rich, high-quality ingredients, all expertly prepared and delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day. The spa was a true gem—modern, beautifully designed, and incredibly relaxing. It was clear that no expense was spared in creating a space for guests to unwind. Lastly, the service from the entire team was top-notch. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. Overall, this hotel surpassed my expectations in every way, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free stay.
Very cozy hotel. Well located, hotel service at a high level. Breakfasts are fresh and delicious every day. I recommend!
We stayed in the Studio cozy living for a week. + : Very nice room with a small kitchen. Wellness area was really great and breakfast was nice. Cleaning of the room was also good. - : Kitchen could use more plates and glasses (more than one of a kind per person), more cutting boards and was also missing scissors and oven mittens. We never got new wellness towels when we put them on the ground for change of towels (as written in rules). We had to get them at reception three times. BE WARNED that children are allowed in the wellness, which is very weird. We went to the wellness and there were adolescent children while we were naked (some people were also in bathing clothes). There were no rules anywhere about children or clothes. Then more small children (ages 2-9) came and some unsupervised. We asked the reception staff if you do not need to be naked (which is custom in Austria) and if children are allowed. They answered that clothing is optional and that children are allowed because 'they cannot stop them'. So strange: you cannot control, but making a rule and writing it down that children are not allowed will reduce visiting children. And you cannot make the wellness mixed with nudity and clothed because it will make people uncomfortable. There needed to be written rules about the clothing and children. We felt very uncomfortable seeing children there whilst naked (had to cover up) and questioned if you had to be naked upon seeing others in clothing. There should be no children in a wellness and it is NOT relaxing (which is the point of a sauna) when they are there. We were very irritated. It's always forbidden for children to enter a wellness. Staff promised they would put up a sign and they sort of did which read that children under 14 must be supervised. Nothing about the clothing though so there will still be confusion about that. We wish they would have put this information on their website so we could have made our own choice whether to go to a hotel where children are allowed in the wellness. We had a good stay but the first visit to the wellness was uncomfortable and the second one was ruined by all the kids and going to the reception about it. The last two days we were alone in the wellness thankfully.
