Our stay was absolutely fantastic and beyond expectations! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Even though the train station was just like a 3-minute walk away, they still offered free shuttle service at checkout, which was a thoughtful touch. The service truly exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable for three people, with separate TVs in the living room and bedroom, allowing us to stream our own devices without interference. The hotel also provided slippers and bathrobes, making it super convenient to visit the pool and sauna. Speaking of which, the pool was spotless, even bigger, and more modern than it looked from the photos. Breakfast was included - not a huge variety, but more than enough for us, and everything was delicious. The staff were attentive with coffee orders. We also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant on the first night, trying multiple dishes - all of them were amazing! 😋 Another great surprise was the ski rental service. The staff there were incredibly friendly, even recommending a rental shop in town where hotel guests get a 10% discount - such a nice bonus! Highly recommend 😊
This hotel and Zermatt have become our favorite. Hotel was 2 minutes from the train station which was life saving in the rain. Room: 2 bedroom suite for a family of four. Balcony with chairs. View: Matterhorn view from the balcony. Staff: friendly, Simon and Lucas were very friendly. Dinner: expensive and bland, not for us. Breakfast: included in the price and many choices. Loved our stay! Denner grocery store is at walking distance (2 min).
Very Bad Service and Receptionists! Not flexible at all with the guests or trying to find a solution for the guests, it's as if you are talking to robots that are faking to be nice. Add to that we asked if it is possible in a way to have two rooms next to each other, the response of the receptionist, "lucas" we cant do magic here with a straight face. Moreover, the hotel has no iron. And if you want to iron your clothes you will have to pay additional fees. Not only I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, I would tell everyone to avoid this place!
