This hotel is truly gorgeous, with stunning architecture that sets the tone for a luxurious stay. The rooms are equally beautiful, making it a pleasure to relax and unwind. Although we didn't have the chance to explore the vineyards and other amenities as much as we'd like, the hotel's beauty and charm left a lasting impression. We'd definitely stay again and take advantage of all it has to offer. If you're looking for a hotel that combines style, elegance, and natural beauty, this one is definitely worth considering.

Overall the stay was okay. The hotel is very beautiful and esthetically pleasing. However, I don’t feel their nightly rate matches the client experience expected and the type of client they are trying to attract. For starters there is no valet upon arrival, you drive up to a little round about and need to walk into the hotel. The door does not open automatically and it is a VERY big door to be pulling every time you go in or out. Service at the front desk is monotone, almost like the employee does not want to be there. I reserved the room with my Amex travel card online and was told I could not use an Amex to actually pay for the room… that didn’t make sense to me but I didn’t want to give the front desk a hard time. I would think a hotel in a tourist driven area would take major credit cards… guess not. A random man not in uniform came and helped us with our bags and we self parked the car. At check out we carried our bags to the front desk, no bell service is offered at least I wasn’t informed at the time of check-in. We walked to pull the car up at the mary go round once again and we carried our bags into the car ourselves. One of luggage’s wheel broke off on the rock flooring walking to the car. Positive notes, the hotel does smell amazing! It is very well taken care of. Rooms are clean, decorated nicely, water doesn’t smell funky and a good option for someone who wants to disconnect. However, for the price of $300 a night, I feel there are better options in the area with a higher level service for the same price. I think if the hotel worked on making the customer experience more elevated and client centric, it would be a 5 out of 5. Hotel was also very empty. Fine tuning a couple things will surely bring more business in.

Do not stay here. This hotel is overpriced and overrated. We traveled from San Diego, unfortunately the experience fell short. Some Room issues, no hot water, a/c not working properly, bathroom door falling down and other things. Terrible customer service. You're better off staying somewhere that actually values its guest. Price was over $400 per night, obviously you expect a little more.
