Incredible experience in AnyosPark in Andorra. I was already there during winter time but now stayed last weekend during summer season and was fantastic! Great installation, top sports facilities and rooms , restaurants and service first level. To me this is more a 5 star hotel, great value
We had a nice stay at Aparthotel AnyosPark Mountain & Wellness Resort. The location is fantastic – nestled in the mountains with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere, yet still close to everything you need. The breakfast was generous and delicious, with a wide variety of choices to start the day right. We also really enjoyed the spa area – relaxing, well-equipped, and inviting after a day of exploring. The overall setting and amenities are great, but the room could benefit from some renovation and a bit more attention to cleanliness. In addition, we found the reception staff to be somewhat unmotivated and disinterested, which slightly impacted the welcoming feeling. Despite these small downsides, we still had a pleasant and relaxing stay. With a few improvements, this place has the potential to be truly excellent. A good option for enjoying the mountain air and wellness facilities.
Went at the end of May 2025 for 2 nights with my wife and 8yr old son. We booked it as a treat at the end of our holiday to enjoy nice pools/spa in the mountains. Trouble is, the outside pool was out of action and half the spa functions in the pool were broken. We also had problems with the sports club restaurant not being open when it should have been and we couldn't use the spa between 5pm and 7pm on our first of only 2 nights because of kids swimming lessons?! Nothing on the website about this, or the outside pool not being available. These are the main reasons we wanted to stay here and they weren't very good. A shame, but we still stayed positive and made the most of it. We left early on our last day as the facilities were not up to scratch. We will be pursuing some sort of compensation for the lack of facilities and poor communication. Main receptionist was lovely though.
