Hotel Appartements Neuhaus

Be careful with waiters; they serve you only if they "like" you. At dinner, we had to wait 1 hour for a small starter. Other guests arrived after us and received two dishes this time. It was too crowded; there were people from the 3-star hotel who didn't fit in with people from the 4-star hotel. It was nice to have a covered front landing parking lot to serve people arriving or leaving while it is raining. Also, the parking area has big holes and no asphalt. For example, you cannot park a Lamborghini there.

Good location. Clean hotel. Food very very average. Spa open only till 8pm. Dinner between 6-8. So if you ski whole day than you do not get enough time to enjoy the spa. Even with half board you do have to pay for water. The receptionist told us to get a water from the toilet if we don't want to pay for a table water in the restaurant. Quite rude. All in all we won't be staying in this hotel again.

Very nice hotel, with great spa!! Close enough to the pistes. Food is good too! Just there were many Israeli tourist in the hotel. And these people behave terrible!! Screaming kids, parents who allowed that even at the breakfast and dinner. Making a mess of things. Being very loud in the spa. It ruined part of the experience.
