There was no room service in 5 days. The bed and mattress are very old and uncomfortable. The best was the views from the balcony. Amazing sunsets.
Over all, it is well situated, has great view, breakfast was good and staff is friendly. All amenities in the room were in working condition. I didn't try the AC as it looked dirty. It probably hasn't seen evaporator and duct cleaning since it was built in. It is striking, very little was done since the hotel was built. This hotel needs an action plan for refurbishments and furniture replacement.
Room was for 4 people, we had 1 glass and no cooking facilities. Only 2 chairs at dining table. Ants all over the apartment. Smell of sewage every time you had a shower. Cleanliness was very poor. Beds not even on the floor so very noisy to sleep on. Very disappointing.
