Hotel Bengal Canary Park

I recently stayed at Hotel Bengal Canary Park for 5 days, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The service was outstanding – the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was delicious and offered great variety every day. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. What impressed me most was that all of this came at a very budget-friendly rate, making it a fantastic value for money. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily recommend Hotel Bengal Canary Park to anyone visiting the area.

Consistently the Best Hotel in Dhaka for Short or Long Stays. I’ve stayed here more than five times, and each experience has been excellent. The staff are exceptionally warm, professional, and attentive—truly the highlight of the hotel. The breakfast spread is also fantastic, with great variety and quality that stands out every time. Whether you’re in Dhaka for a quick trip or an extended stay, this hotel delivers comfort, reliability, and service you can count on. I’ve never once regretted choosing it.

The room condition could have been better, as the carpet seemed poorly maintained and had an unpleasant odor. The air conditioner was quite loud, sounding like a malfunctioning helicopter. Overall, the hotel feels dated. Despite these issues, the service provided by the staff was very good. I did not raise any complaints about the room or the noisy air conditioner, as I was still able to rest comfortably. In hindsight, I should have informed them, as I believe they would have responded promptly and offered a better room. The hotel grounds are modest but conveniently located near malls and other essential facilities. Noise from traffic and car horns is common throughout the day and night. The breakfast selection was varied, interesting, and tasty. Dinner prices were also quite reasonable. The hotel also offers airport transportation services, which were excellent and efficient.
