Outstanding service and overall atmosphere of the hotel. Amazing wellness and spa area with heated pool. Very friendly staff maybe with the exception of the lady in the reception who was in quite bad mood when we arrived. The daily effects of maid’s work was unbelievable! The food not first class but the morning prosecco rosé puts in a nice mood 😄. Thank you for a memorable week!

We had an incredible stay at Hotel Berghof! Our family of eight spent a week skiing, and choosing this hotel was the perfect decision. The amazing Sonja took care of us during breakfast, dinner, and at the bar—she is simply the best! Her warmth, professionalism, and traditional attire made every meal a pleasure. If you’re lucky enough to be seated in her section, you’re in for a wonderful experience. She truly made our stay special, and we will always remember her as a highlight of our time at Hotel Berghof. The food, service, and attention to detail from every staff member were outstanding. The dining options cater to all tastes, ensuring there’s something for everyone. The hotel’s spa area is fantastic, featuring two saunas, massage services, and both indoor and outdoor heated pools—including a dedicated kids’ area. We would absolutely return to this hotel! After thirty-eight of skiing myself and my wife now stay at the Berghof hotel every year because it is without question the best hotel that we have ever experienced in Austria! The rooms and hotel in general are kept very clean and tidy The ski room is spacious with lots of boot heating facilities and ski racks All the staff are polite, helpful and friendly, all the food is fresh and plentiful and of excellent quality that cannot be faulted. Highly recommended.
