Sits 5 meters from the Klein Matterhorn lift. Staff is amazing. Call ahead to have them pick you up in their electric bus. Tip your porter, who picks you up and puts everything where it should be. Use the secret entrance that only the hotel has to the Klein lift. Spa is European so expect to see men and women undressed in the sauna/steam rooms. Great staff and fantastic resort with an unfettered view of the Matterhorn

Very nice hotel with polite employees. Junior suite room was spacious and comfortable. They have nice breakfast. Hotel is a bit far from train station but they take you and bring there back with a vehicle. Definitely recommended.
