Best hotel breakfast in the city! Staff was on spot taking care of everything during our stay, very well organized. Management always at the hotel looking for requests. Now energized and going out to do some mountain trekking! Recommended!

The room was very nice and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Having parking was a good perk. The breakfast however could have had real orange juice being a four star hotel. The swimming pool was under maintenance the day we were there so we couldn't use it. Above all the room was very noisy since the street the Hotel overlooks is very busy even during the night and insulation is poor. Finally the toiletries were impossible to open and not climate friendly which strikes us from a four star hotel.

I only made a reservation here because they had a good price given the looks and they had a pool. But the pool was not available for the whole time I was there. I was not informed of this beforehand and only found out when I arrived. The hotel offered no viable alternatives or anything other than a sorry. Also I had been incomplete information about the laundry service. In my opinion it seems they don't really mind about their hotel's reputation and I doubt I'll be staying here again in the future.
