Nice big hotel, but in not so favorite location, I dont like the area
Electric sockets broken, TV not working, bed sheets torn. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful at reception and in dining room. Good WiFi. Food very tasty but freezing cold. Food swimming in oil. No labels as to what the food was so no good for vegetarians, vegans or those with allergies. Breakfast no fruit and no fresh tea. Coffee cold. Yea that had been there had been boiled in a kettle along with the water. The cooked breakfast food freezing. For a vegan nothing to eat and no non- dairy milk.
We came with a tour for a vacation. The rooms were just okay, but the TV and the minibar weren’t working. Breakfast was a disaster—nothing tasted good. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I honestly don’t know how this hotel got 4 stars.
