We highly recommend this wonderful hotel with spectacular views of La Kasbah, the ocean, and the Medina. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the service is excellent. The rooftop terrace offers a great view of the city, as well as the option to cool off in the pool. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Medina and La Kasbah. We highly recommend it!
I booked this hotel expecting a smooth and professional experience, but my stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Check-in was late and disorganized, taking 1 hour and 40 minutes. The staff even blamed Booking.com, despite the fact that I had messaged the hotel the day before to confirm my 14:00 arrival, and they replied “OK.” This shows a complete lack of coordination and accountability. After finally getting to my room, I discovered there were no towels at all from 15:00 until 19:00. The explanation given was that the delivery truck was late—unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard. The worst part came the next morning: I was woken up at 9:00 by cleaning staff entering the room without knocking. Not only was this a serious invasion of privacy, but it was also completely unnecessary, as check-out time is 12:00. Overall, the service was careless, amenities were not provided in a timely manner, and guest comfort and privacy were clearly not a priority. I cannot recommend this hotel and would strongly advise booking elsewhere. I must add: through everything that happen, I have constant feedback to team. This shouldn’t have a 5 star rating.
I recently stayed at Farah Rabat, and I was very disappointed. This hotel falsely advertises itself as a 5-star property, but it lacks even the basic amenities expected from that category. There was no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no in-room safe, and the entire room felt extremely old and poorly maintained. The furniture was worn-out and uncomfortable, and nothing seemed to be in proper working condition. When we raised concerns and requested basic items or assistance, the staff were unresponsive and repeatedly told us to “go buy it ourselves.” This is unacceptable service for any hotel, let alone one claiming 5 stars. To make things worse, we were overcharged without any price transparency. Items were added to the bill without prior notice or clear pricing, which felt dishonest. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel unless it undergoes a full renovation and serious management change. It does not meet international standards and should not be listed as a luxury option.
