Hotel Boutique Don Pepe

A dream! The staff is incredibly attentive and the place is intimate and the perfect size. The rooms are divine, every detail thoughtfully curated. Great location- close to all main sights in the center of town. Highly recommend Don Pepe!

Recommend requesting the Maria Teresa room with luxury indoor-outdoor restroom and to include the daily breakfast when making the reservation (the cayeye is delicious). Beautiful lounges and convenient location between the beach and Carrera 3 (where there are many cafes and restaurants). Excellent service, they organized a family celebration in the Don Pepe parlor, provided area recommendations, and collaborated effectively with tour and transportation services.

Incredible hotel with amazing staff. Impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, regal comfort in the rooms, and a staff that won't let you lift a finger. Absolutely fantastic stay with Don Pepe! For the reason behind not being 5 star: upon check-in while waiting for our luggage to be brought to our room, we asked to step outside for a cigarette. The response was very friendly, "Absolutely! You can just step out the front to the street to smoke, just make sure you dont take out your phone, and we'll let you back in!" As gorgeous as the hotel was, it's great proximity to the beach and Parque de Los Novios, the street and surrounding blocks to the East were all very dangerous. We could not pass a single corner after leaving the front door without being approached by microtraffickers, and even being followed back to the hotel from the very street the hotel is located. I do not recommend for solo travelers, nor families traveling with children!
