The entire experience has been top notch
Scammy place, disrespectful hosts, noisy and nothing works. When I complained they said I should “rent the whole hotel if I don’t want noise”. I won’t say more, here are videos of the NOISE, the jacuzzi not working, AC not working, trying to take a shower and people literally hearing everything (as seen on video) and being surrounded by events. This place says it’s for resting, it’s really just a scam. I tried to talk to them about it and they just got defensive, please please don’t stay here, there are so many other worthy places in Cuernavaca
Disappointed in the stay. Rooms seem outdated. No TV, refrigerator, or microwave. Restaurant portions are small for the value you are paying and they were out of various items on their menu. It was inconvenient to have to leave your room key every time you left the hotel and to ring a doorbell when you would come back to the hotel and wait for the staff to open the door.
