Hotel Boutique Naj Casa Holbox

We had a wonderful stay at NAJ Casa in Holbox! The included breakfast was a great way to start each day, with four different options to choose from—we tried them all and enjoyed each one. There was also a different flavored water each morning, which was a nice touch. The staff truly made our experience special, especially Karina, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The rooms were always clean, we felt safe throughout our stay, and the hotel is just a short walk from the beach. The team was always ready to help with anything we needed, which made a big difference as we were traveling with our two young children. Highly recommend NAJ Casa—we’d definitely come back!

Service was amazing and the staff were always very helpful and friendly. Rooms were a good size with good beds so was a good sleep. The room also had all of the amenities you would expect. The pool area is nice and clean and has plenty of loungers but only two day beds that can be hard to claim unless up early. You’re only about an 8-10 min walk from the beach also and everything is very much within walking distance.

A great hotel with lovely staff and a great small pool! The breakfast included each morning was also amazing and felt very luxurious. All the staff, from breakfast, to the bar, to reception were so kind and helpful. The happy hour was great to get 2 cocktails for $200! The pool was a huge bonus, especially as we arrived after the water shortages we had heard about. The only negative thing was that it was quite hard to get your drinking water topped up, and one evening all the water was completely off which meant we couldn’t shower. Other than this we had a great time and would go again.
