Paniste is easily my favorite hotel in Las Verapaces as we call both Alta and Baja Verapaz, amazing attention, clean spaces, nature all around and fantastic food, not only a Hotel but a destination itself.

beautiful place! very well kept, yummy food at the restaurant, friendly staff, several things to do like play ping-pong, swim, climb the tower, and much more!! and the plants and trees provide a very lush landscape!

The restaurant at Hotel Paniste has become one of my favorite spots for any meal of the day—be it breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
