Hotel Buddy left me absolutely thrilled with my stay! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and genuine care. The hotel's inviting atmosphere and friendly staff immediately made me feel at home. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering personalized service and helpful recommendations. The on-site facilities were excellent, providing everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the surrounding area and attractions. Hotel Buddy truly exceeded my expectations and provided a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
I’ve just returned from my third trip to Kathmandu and my third stay at Hotel Buddy. The staff was extremely helpful and hotel was very clean. The food was terrific and I had an omelet every morning, made to order. I visited the spa several times where I received wonderful massages from Krysh, a skilled massage therapist. I’ll be back!
Average hotel. Breakfast was included but the oatmeal is stale, vegetables smell like dirty old rags, a soft-boiled egg is unknown to them and potatoes are under-cooked. Service is below average unless the manager is there. You need to ask for cutlery, napkins, juice, butter, etc. One would think it’s a given, but not at this hotel. Front desk service varies with some folks being extremely attentive to others who cannot help with phone calls or understand English. Rooms are great with hot showers and super comfortable beds. Housekeeping is also good you just always need to ask for things (soap, toilet paper, etc?). The constant playing of one musical playlist (which is only one song) is so annoying that I hope they get rid of it or change it. I would stay again as it’s decent and the location is great. The people are also very very nice.
