Hotel Casa Solaria

We had a wonderful time during the 8 days we stayed at the hotel in December 2019. It was quiet, it was pleasant, the breakfast was very good and the people were very friendly and kind. Also the location of the hotel is excellent: close to the lake, to downtown, restaurants and other amenities. The highlight of our stay was having Jorge Elliott as our exclusive guide through out the whole time. He took us to places out of the beaten path and through him we learnt so much about the whole region. He is and extraordinary person. He alone is a good reason to go to the hotel.

Stunning hotel, amazing service. The breakfast is super nice and very welcoming. She made our stay very memorable by her smile and kindness. Please give her a raise! Night guy also was very helpful and had very good English. A very pleasant experience. On Check-in, the receptionist had limited to no English. A bit of a struggle.

A very special hotel. The rooms are comfortable (would have been nice to have a bath) and the team exceptional. Shout out to Carolina and Jorge who went out of their way to help at every opportunity. Also to the crew in the restaurant for making a birthday special. The breakfasts are terrific. The location perfect. The only thing to point out....the prices are high....very high. Surprised that a bottle of beer was 3800 for example. So, if $$ are no object....you will not regret your decision and really, people make it and this team is amazing. Thank you Casa Solaria.
