We're delighted to have discovered this hotel in a charming village in Südtirol. From our room to the wellness area, and the outstanding food from breakfast, snacks to dinner, our experience has been exceptional. We especially enjoyed and looked forward to l dinner. David's attentive service and the owners' hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

I spent here 5 days in January 2024. Is absolutely undoubtable, people in Alto Adige knows how to professionaly deal with tourist. Comparing with Val D'Aosta it not even possible. Everything was more than perfect. They always were smiling, kind, educate, gently. On top of their being, the services all around were top too! Bus was in time, sky operators were propositive. What else ? Food great! A very nice SPA ... absolutely suggested and thank all the people that was guesting us with their work and kindness.

A charming alpine hotel, with a very friendly, welcoming staff. Very quiet location out of the busy part of town with minimal night-time noise--the backyard is already cow pasture country suitable for easy walks. The hotel supplied complementary bus passes, so access to Seceda and Alpe de Siusi lifts was very convenient without a car. The restaurant was wonderful--buffet breakfasts, and the evening meals featured regional dishes that were interesting and delicious. Complimentary hiking poles. The inexpensive rooms don't have the great views shown on the website, and our balcony was 4' wide fronting a gravel parking garage rooftop, the main view dominated by neighboring rooftops. The view from the room and the deck is of particular importance to us, so this was unfortunate.
