Hotel Catalina Plaza

Great hotel with even better staff! Clean rooms, prime location, lovely people and amazing price for quality. They tried to do everything to make us feel comfortable, they provided good recommendations on what to do/where to eat etc. Special thanks to Christian! Only constructive feedback I can give is please make sure people using jacuzzi are taking shower before going in, because when we arrived there was a noticeable amount of sand in the tub. We loved our stay.The staff is very friendly and helpful.The beds are very comfortable. Facilities are amazing.We usually prefer to stay in Apartaments,but Hotel Santa Catalina Plaza has converted us.We will stay there in future without a doubt.Great experience. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous stay here. We were very lucky to book it as our flight got cancelled and we needed to find a room very late at night. I called up in a panic and explained the situation and the staff were so helpful. Every member of staff was so helpful and friendly, from check in to check out. The room itself was lovely and the facilities were very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy and a great size. The toilet was an interesting experience! With multiple settings to adjust your toilet experience, such as a warm seat and automatic lid raising. It also has a drying option. Worth a try! It is centrally located, with lots of nice cafes and places to eat nearby. I would highly recommend staying here on the basis that you will have a fully comfortable experience and you will be looked after.
