The location is great, the metro and the regional train station is just on the downstairs of the hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and nice. You can work in the lobby. The breakfast was great. You can find everything you want
From my personal experience, the hotel is luxurious and has a nice decor, not overly aesthetic, but simple with a touch of luxury. It has a beautiful view. However, there are some notes about the hotel. Since it is in a busy area near a train and also overlooking a highway, you will hear the noise of cars and the sounds of passersby screaming. Also, the wierd telephone rings several times and when you answer, the automatic answer appears every day and I do not know the reason. I do not recommend staying here if your interest is the center of Madrid, but otherwise it is excellent. It is distinguished by its proximity to the train service.
Food was dry, microwaved, and unpleasant. You could purchase off the shelf goods from the supermarket and make the same yourself. Flank steak was reasonable but too chewy, possibly cut lengthwise rather than against the grain. For €30 pp, 3 courses, fresh food at least would be a huge improvement. Edit* the service was great, rooms also great and very close to the station. Would come back but not for the food.
