We spent 3 days and 2 nights , the service was exceptional. All staff including management, took the time out to make sure our stay was amazing. They went above and beyond to provide whatever we needed to make our stay feel memorable. Definitely a must do if you are in Nepal.
Although the place had a rating of 4.4 stars it was mediocre at best. Tons of bugs everywhere and my daughter's room smelled really really bad. The prices at the restaurant were really high. Over 1000 rupees for 1 plate of quesadillas which is outrageous and same goes for everything else. But at least it had one of the greatest views I've ever seen which is the reason I'm not rating this 1 star.
The rooms were nice and clean with all the amenities. The pool was really small but the plus point was the jacuzzi and the hot tub. The service poor and too slow. The buffet didn't have enough options and a little bland to the Nepali palate. Breakfast buffet was very good. The view from the hotel is the best part.
