Hotel COZi Wetland

I stayed at this hotel because we have friends who live in the area. This hotel is right next to the Light Rail station which provides connectivity to the Tin Shui Wai railway station on the Tuen Ma line. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and have a decent shower. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a fitness center although it has a very limited selection over equipment - I wouldn't recommend it. The hotel is right next door to a shopping center that includes multiple restaurants and other stores.

All the staff are very friendly, courteous and approachable. They greet you every time they see you. The hotel is very clean and is well located. Local transport is very convenient as thetrams are only a few minutes' walk from the hotel. They provide a same day laundry service on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. I wpuld definitely come back again.

The room that I had was very comfortable. It was spacious and had heaps of storage space. The room was almost perfectly clean but for some marks on the chair. One of the beds was a bit saggy but it wasn't too bad. There were fantastic views from the window. The housekeeping staff were nice and helpful. The hotel is located right next to fresh produce shops so it can be a bit wet and unpleasant to walk around but then there is the convenience of having shops and restaurants close by.
