Nice apartments, good staff. Location a little too far away from the action but overall its good.
My stay here was incredibly frustrating due to a lack of organization and communication from the reception staff. I chose to do a tour with the reception… Fabian assured me my tour was booked and took my contact information, then last night I when to confirm the timing, a different receptionist told me to be there at 7:30 a.m. The next morning, another receptionist, Darwin, seemed unaware of my tour and said it had already left. When I questioned why I wasn't informed, he dismissively claimed they didn't have my number. My host told Darwin to refund me because he didn’t do it when I asked that well if I’m not doing a tour I should be refunded. However, my primary concern was the tour itself, not the money. The disorganization and lack of accountability from the reception staff wasted an entire day of my trip, and there were no apologies offered. I cannot recommend trusting their information or booking tours through them. It was a significant waste of time and a frustrating experience.
The first room we stayed in was not clean and did not look like the pictures. The bed was very hard it felt like a box spring instead of a mattress. When we woke up the next day my boyfriend had random hair in his beard. On the first day I saw two men with escorts. After explaining that our room was not clean upon arrival we were offered another room for $60 usd more. We took it only to discover that this room was also dirty as well. Our new room had a balcony and a kitchen. The dishes in the cabinet were all dirty they were greasy or had dried food on them. One of the pillow cases had a cigarette burn. It was obvious that neither of the rooms had been swept either. Only good thing about this place was the view and location. You also have to pay for cleaning services as well when you don’t even get a clean room. The WiFi is very slow if you need a reliable connection this is not the place for you. The men at the front desk were friendly.
